T-Shirt Bio
234 co. t-shirts were made using organic cotton, milled in Toronto. The organic cotton selected is beneficial for the following reasons:
- Organic cotton reduces exposure to toxins
- Regular/mainstream cotton uses enormous amounts of pesticides
- Organic cotton uses far less water
- Relies more on grey water and water recycling rather than blue water
- Soft and less irritable on sensitive skin for all day wear
- Various skin allergies are related directly to chemicals used in non-organic/mainstream cotton
We selected the best design process in order to give our shirts the best details and vibrancy possible. Our digital printing technology and eco-friendly/water based inks are specifically designed to absorb directly into the fabric when cured - giving it resistance to peeling, cracking or fading, resulting in greater product longevity.

In addition, we recognize that Canada has great manufacturing capabilities, often overlooked for cheaper products made internationally, in environments that do not hold the same ethical standards as Canada. It was important to us to have a hands on experience, so that we can give our customers a product that is made within our community, supporting Canadian companies and their workers and grow our economy.
